Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is valid from 30th April 2025 to 1st June 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. The offer is applicable only to customers in the serviceable Bengaluru and Mumbai regions of Bonito Designs.
3. The final project value, after applying all applicable discounts including the GST waiver, must not be less than INR 7,00,000 in Bengaluru and INR 8,00,000 in Mumbai.
4. The GST waiver will be calculated on the amount remaining after all other applicable discounts have been applied.
5. The discount under this offer is equivalent to the GST amount, but GST will still be charged on the invoice in accordance with applicable tax laws.
6. The customer’s invoice will reflect the taxable value and GST separately, and the total of both will be equal to the net project value communicated to the customer under this offer.
7. Bonito Designs reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
8. Select projects may be excluded from the scope of this offer, as determined by Bonito Designs.
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional schemes, discounts, or benefits unless expressly stated in writing by Bonito Designs.
10. The offer is applicable only to new bookings made within the offer period. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
11. The discounted project value (inclusive of the GST waiver) must be clearly documented in the customer agreement or quotation. In the event of any inconsistency between verbal communication and the written documentation, the written agreement shall prevail.
12. Bonito Designs shall not be liable for any claims or disputes arising out of miscommunication by channel partners, third-party sales agents, or other external representatives regarding the scope or application of this offer.
13. This offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. Any disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
