You will drive Bonito’s channel strategy on-ground by managing a team of channel executives and building strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets through a high-performing partner network, combining leadership, relationship management, and operational execution.
You will lead a team of 7–8 Customer Outreach Executives, ensuring high performance, productivity, and lead quality. The role requires coaching, motivating, and optimizing team output in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining excellent customer engagement.
You will assist the design team in planning and executing residential interior projects. Responsibilities include client interaction support, space planning, and documentation, while gaining hands-on industry experience.
You will execute referral sales strategies with a strong focus on daily targets, team productivity, and consistent follow-ups. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and ensures predictable sales outcomes.
You will support the design team in executing residential interior projects, contributing to planning, coordination, and design implementation.

You will manage 12–15 design projects monthly through a team of 6–10 designers. Responsibilities include ensuring productivity, maintaining design quality, conducting training sessions, and guiding teams to successfully close projects.
You will ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility by validating site measurements, interpreting drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and approving projects after quality checks.
You will drive revenue through strategic partner relationships by onboarding and managing real estate channel partners. The role involves collaboration, conflict resolution, and aligning business goals to achieve consistent sales growth.
You will design and deliver training programs for designers, ensuring they are technically skilled, process-driven, and aligned with organizational quality standards.

You will focus on closing sales opportunities with a strong customer-centric approach. Ideal candidates have experience in sectors like real estate, hospitality, or high-end automobile sales, with proven results in achieving targets.
You will engage with prospects through outbound calling, generate leads, and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, energy, and a target-driven mindset.
