The 3BHK apartment of Mr. Pankaj Shukla is situated in Brookfield. It was an empty flat with walls and structures. The client wanted professional interior designers, Bonito Designs to create an interior space that is minimal and sophisticated.
They also wanted a maximum utility for their space so that no corner of the apartment is maltreated. So we took over the project and converted the abode into an attractive home.
So let's check out what all has been done by our design experts that make the interiors of this room so stunning!
A cute foyer area welcomes the guest with its beautiful shoe rack.
The foyer area and the living room are separated by a CNC cut partition.
An elegant TV cabinet made with dark brown chocolate laminate covers one entire wall of the living space.
The TV cabinet is followed by pigeon holes.
The wall opposite to the TV cabinet is introduced with a rafter with spot lights. The overall design of the living room gets complete with a giant size partition made with Teflon glass.
This partition separates the living space from the dining area.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining space with a relaxing ambience.
Besides soothing wall colors, the dining area incorporates an aesthetically pleasing crockery unit.
It has been also served with a captivating pooja unit with lovely peacock handles. There is also a display cabinet styled up in the dining room that is useful for showcasing various artifacts or display items.
The kitchen area looks unique and refreshing with its glossy purple color laminate.
The U-shaped kitchen space is fitted with drawers and cabinets on the opposite sides. This time, the top cabinets are offered with much taller height than the usual patterns.
It offers easy accessibility as well as more utility within the kitchen area.
The kids bedroom is cleverly designed with a double-decker bed. This blue and off-white colored double bed offer comfortable sleeping space for two kids at a time.
One of the walls in the kid's room is enhanced with interesting wall patterns dinosaurs and dog footprints.
A big-sized wardrobe fashioned with blue and green color glossy laminates add more liveliness to the kid's room. The look of the room gets complete with zoo theme curtains.
The parent's room is minimalistic designed with the use of two soothing shades of glossy laminates, dark brown and off-white. A TV cabinet cum display unit is created with the use of these two laminates.
A large size wardrobe and a dressing unit are also styled in the parent's room.
The pattern of these furniture elements is defined uniquely by making an intelligent use of the contrasting colors of the two laminates.
The third bedroom of the flat has been converted into a guest bedroom cum study area.
The study unit is complemented with a large sliding wardrobe.

This 3BHK apartment symbolizes an intelligent use of the overall space. The best thing is that one would find that each and every corner of the apartment is well-utilized.
Kitchen wallpaper works best as a carefully placed accent rather than a finish for high-splash or high-heat areas. The right design should complement cabinetry, countertops and flooring while also suiting the kitchen’s ventilation, cleaning needs and available space.
